One little component that is an easy oversight, but oh-so-easy to fix. A teeny, tiny icon on your tab in the browser and yet so powerful. If for some odd reason a potential client is distracted or strays from your tab, your eye-catching browser icon will reel them right back in!
2] External Links Open in the Same Tab
Oh hi! Wait... where’d they go??
The perfect client, they’re looking around, checking you out, click on a curious link and say good-bye! They’ve completely moved on, and worse still, may have forgotten where they’d been. Having external links open in a new tab, ensures those perfect clients can just keep coming back, again and again.
3] What!? No Call to Action (hard-to-find contact info)
We saved the worst for last.
The perfect client is there, they’re into it, ready to make this happen... and then it’s all lost. Don’t lose clients that are ready to reach out, if they’re not sure, they will move on to where they are sure. Have clear, concise Calls to Action (CTA) so those clients know exactly what to do for the next step and how to get in touch with you!
